On February 23, 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the second batch of green manufacturing list. Jiangsu Easyland Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully selected as the second batch of “green factory” in China!

Easyland has been working hard to build factory into smart and green since it opened. The wall of the factory building adopts high-efficiency, high durability and environmental protection steel structure wall, light weight, high strength, 100% steel recycling, green environmental protection and no pollution; the plant area is surrounded by green turf, and the green area accounts for about 20% of the total factory area; Energy-saving products are used in water appliances and production and living facilities. Easyland’s flagship product is turbocharged equipment, which is used for energy saving and emission reduction and improves power. It also has achieved the recycling, repair and remanufacture of turbocharged product castings, making the product life cycle more controllable, higher resource utilization. Under the premise of guaranteeing the function, quality and cost of turbocharger products, considering the environmental impact and resource efficiency comprehensively, the green manufacturing model will be implemented. The product will not generate environmental pollution during the entire product life cycle from design, manufacture, use to retirement. Meet environmental protection requirements, while maximizing resource utilization and minimizing energy consumption.

Easyland Green Manufacturing System:

Easyland Green Manufacturing refers to the modern manufacturing model that comprehensively considers the environmental impact and resource efficiency under the premise of ensuring the function, quality and cost of the product. Easyland’s products do not produce environmental pollution during the entire product life cycle from design, manufacture, use to retirement, meet environmental protection requirements, are harmless to the ecological environment, save resources and energy, make the highest utilization rate of resources, and have the lowest energy consumption. The second list of green manufacturing announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China aims to actively support advanced green models, give full play to the exemplary role of the industry, and lead the green transformation of industries and regions. Easyland will play a demonstration role in the “green factory” in the future, demonstrate the advanced experience and typical practices of green manufacturing, and make greater contributions to promoting China’s implementation of green manufacturing.
